First company in Parma to have obtained this certification; since long time we have a "traceability" system for the identification and monitoring of the various steps of the working process, from the breeding and feeding of the swine up to the transformation into meat. In this way it is possible to inform and guarantee the consumer on the origin and the characteristics of the products and on the production conditions, allowing the complete traceability;

EMAS (Eco Management and Audit Scheme)
We are among the few food Italian companies to have obtained the Ambiental European Certification; it is a system implemented by the EEC States for the companies, which would like to improve their ambiental efficiency;
USA and JAPAN (productions qualification and export)
In the year 2001 we obtained the permission from the American Authority to produce in conformity with the USDA and FDA rules and the permission to produce for the Japanese market.
