has a soft consistency and is long stretched. It is the typical salami from
Parma.
In a city like Parma, renowned for its pork specialities, there is no salami
called after the town. A rather strange lack, at first sight, the explanation
of which is only seemingly simple: in Parma salami is called "Felino".
