This
cooked ham is obtained from fresh Po valley pork thighs weighting more than
12.5 Kg, whose meat is more mature and compact than usual and its marbling gives
to the product a smooth and sweet taste. It's a quality product made according
to the traditional methods dictated by the best Italian charcuterie. Salt and
aromas are the only ingredients, in addition to necessary technological adjuvants;
no added polyphosphates and milk proteins.
