Description

The sesoned Fiocco comes from the same thigh pork used for the best seasoned hams. Salting is handmade only with salt and black pepper. Tying handmade gives to it an oval-shaped, follows the seasoning for about six months in natural cellars where the right moisture helps to characterize its aroma. Fiocco could be sold wholly or sliced.
