Crunchy pork ribs with BBQ sauce

Ingredients:
500 grams of Terre Ducali cooked pork ribs
Extra virgin olive oil
1 sprig of rosemary
Salt as needed
Pepper to taste

For the BBQ sauce:

200 gr of tomato sauce
1 yellow onion
1 clove of garlic
3 spoons of white vinegar
2 spoons of sugar
Worcester sauce to taste
Salt and Pepper

 

 

Preparation:

Put the pork ribs in a pan with a bit of extravirgin oilive oil, pour some salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle some rosemary. Put into the oven at 160° C (320° F) for around 15 minutes, making sure to turn them around whilst cooking. After this time, let them cool down in the oven for some minutes and then take them out to put them in a plate with some salad on the bottom, accompanying with the BBQ sauce previously prepared. To recall the country-side taste of the plate, serve with potatoes, fried polenta (corn mush) and beans.

For the BBQ Sauce:

Chop the onion and garlic in very small pieces and panfry them on a high gas with extra virgin olive oil. Once well sauté, simmer with white vinegar and pour the tomato sauce in the pan, along with the sugar and the Worchester sauce.Let it cook for around 10 minutes over medium heat, then let it cool and filter the sauce with strainer.Pour salt and pepper as desired and keep in fridge for some time before using it in the plate.

    Il progetto di investimento ha avuto come obiettivo l’ampliamento della capacità produttiva e la realizzazione di nuovi stabilimenti e nuovi prodotti.
    La società ha ottenuto un contributo complessivamente pari ad euro 2.411.826,65 nell’ambito della normativa sui contratti di sviluppo di cui al Decreto del Ministro dello Sviluppo economico del 9 dicembre 2014.
    L’intervento ha consentito la crescita e lo sviluppo della società garantendo altresì l’incremento delle risorse occupate.
