Christmas is already at the door and the search for the perfect gift is on: are you looking for ideas for your family or closest friends? If they are people who appreciate the best to be served at the table, Terre Ducali has the right proposal for you. For those who love the original flavors from the country side and the typical specialties, you can go from culatello salame “strolghino”, obtained from the lean cuts of the heavy Italian porks, sold with a practical ready-to-use wooden cutting board, to the Salame Felino IGP, the “Authentic Salame”. Then always thinking about whose who appreciate salame, for Christmas 2014 Terre Ducali advises Tino, a farmer’s salami, presented together with an apron, in a perfect gift wrapping.

Another original gift idea, especially if you are going to be hosted at lunch or dinner during the Christmas parties, is represented by the Salamillos Box: an elegant box in wood containing four little salamis obtained with Culatello meat, of different flavors. A part from the Classico, sweet and delicate, the Salamillos are available in Green Olives, Red Pepper, of decisive and curious flavor, and with Parmesan cheese. The Salamillos, accompanied, for example with Italian taralli and a glass of sparkling white wine or cocktail, are ideal for the moment of happy hour that come before meals.

Finally, if you are aiming at combinations rich in flavor, Terre Ducali proposes two different baskets: the first, more minimal, contains a small-size Culatello salami “strolghino”, a bottle of Balsamic vinegar from Modena IGP and a piece of Parmesan Cheese DOP. The second, more rich, on top of the products just mentioned, adds a Salame Felino IGP cut-in-half a bottle of wine. Also included, free of charge, a nice Terre Ducali apron.

    Il progetto di investimento ha avuto come obiettivo l’ampliamento della capacità produttiva e la realizzazione di nuovi stabilimenti e nuovi prodotti.
    La società ha ottenuto un contributo complessivamente pari ad euro 2.411.826,65 nell’ambito della normativa sui contratti di sviluppo di cui al Decreto del Ministro dello Sviluppo economico del 9 dicembre 2014.
    L’intervento ha consentito la crescita e lo sviluppo della società garantendo altresì l’incremento delle risorse occupate.
