Fiocco of Italian ham with rind. Characterized by a sweet and mild taste, it is produced using
100% exquisite Italian meat: the same pork leg employed for obtaining Culatello and Culatta. Here at Terre Ducali, the production of
Fiocco ham still follows the
traditional dictates: the salting phase, using salt and pepper, is performed by hand, exactly as the tying process, which gives it its characteristic oval shape. The seasoning, lending this cold cut is unique flavor, lasts for 10 months in natural cellars and under optimal moisture conditions. Our Fiocco of national ham with rind, weighing approximately 1,8 kg, was officially presented last January at Marca 2016 and is intended both for self-slicing at home or for slicing at the cold cuts counter; it can be presented in an elegant net or in a vacuum package. It is part of the
Linea Zero product range offered by Terre Ducali: thanks to its lactose, gluten and allergen free composition, it can also be consumed by lactose-intolerant and celiac customers.
