Christmas at full taste with Terre Ducali
 


 


Are you a foodie and already planning the Christmas menu? Or you’d like to give a tasty present to friends who enjoy the pleasure of excellent cuisine? Terre Ducali is here to help you! As heirs of the centuries-old Parmesan charcuterie tradition, for starters we offer you two typical Food Valley cold cuts: Strolghino di Culatello and Salame Felino IGP. The first one is sold in the 250 g format in a special package, complete with a wooden chopping board and a knife adorned with the Terre Ducali brand. The King of Salami, instead, can be either purchased whole or cut in a half at 45° with a visible slice, peeled and then vacuum-packed, together with an elegant knife having a 20 cm blade.
And for gourmands enjoying the taste of classical salami, Terre Ducali suggests Tino, a country-style salami with a sweet dough and a medium grain: it is wrapped in straw paper, vacuum-packed and already peeled. It is made available matched with a handy kitchen apron.
If you prefer strong flavors and you want to be original, then your ideal product is the Salamillos Box: a stylish wooden box containing four small 100 g salami, produced using Culatello meat and excellent to be tasted with taralli and a flute of Prosecco wine. In addition to the classical taste, the Salamillos are available in the Parmesan, Olive and Chili Pepper variants.

    AMPLIAMENTO E SVILUPPO

    Il progetto di investimento ha avuto come obiettivo l’ampliamento della capacità produttiva e la realizzazione di nuovi stabilimenti e nuovi prodotti.
    La società ha ottenuto un contributo complessivamente pari ad euro 2.411.826,65 nell’ambito della normativa sui contratti di sviluppo di cui al Decreto del Ministro dello Sviluppo economico del 9 dicembre 2014.
    L’intervento ha consentito la crescita e lo sviluppo della società garantendo altresì l’incremento delle risorse occupate.
