Terre Ducali and ALMA
Terre Ducali has been selected as the Accredited Supplier for its excellent Prosciutto di Parma DOP, which will be used for all of ALMA’s cooking courses and events, in Italy and worldwide.
 
This agreement is further proof of the very high quality of Terre Ducali’s products, and of the important role that Terre Ducali has gained in the culinary world. This has been possible thanks to the 50 years history of the Gherri family in the tradition of making typical Italian cold cuts together with the proven capacity to remain innovative and forward-looking.
 
Furthermore, Terre Ducali will open the doors of its production facility for tours to ALMA faculty members, students, global partners, food managers and high representatives of the Italian cuisine worldwide. In a common effort to make appreciate the “behind the scenes” of a state-of-the-art production system of the whole range of Italian cold cuts, starting from artisan-quality Salamis of brief maturation period to the well-known and selected Prosciutto di Parma DOP, which could go up to 24 months of maturation period or more.

    AMPLIAMENTO E SVILUPPO

    Il progetto di investimento ha avuto come obiettivo l’ampliamento della capacità produttiva e la realizzazione di nuovi stabilimenti e nuovi prodotti.
    La società ha ottenuto un contributo complessivamente pari ad euro 2.411.826,65 nell’ambito della normativa sui contratti di sviluppo di cui al Decreto del Ministro dello Sviluppo economico del 9 dicembre 2014.
    L’intervento ha consentito la crescita e lo sviluppo della società garantendo altresì l’incremento delle risorse occupate.
