
Terre Ducali is in Paris from 19-23 October to celebrate the important 50th
anniverary of SIAL, the most important fair in the world dedicated to
Food and Beverage. The figures talk on their own: there are 6 300 exhibitors
and more than 150 000 visitors are expected.
The Paris event has a special connotation for us as well: Terre Ducali will
be receiving the SIAL Innovation 2014 award in the deli meat category,
for its Culatello nuggets (Pepite di Culatello). A product launched only a couple
of months ago that has sparked much enthusiasm everywhere it has been
presented, from MARCA private label fair to CIBUS International Food Fair.
It is thanks to the perfect mix of tradition, as the Culatello is a typical
